  • To determine the proper foundation distance, get on your knees and hold onto your elbows.   
  • Place your arms squarely behind your shoulders after lowering them to the mat. 
  • Holding your hands together with your fingers interlaced to form a triangle, stay in this position. Make sure your elbows stay inside of your body.  
  • After that, cup your hands around the mat and place your head on it. 
  • Curl your toes, raise your hips, and straighten your knees. 
  • Step lightly in the direction of your shoulders. 
  • Maintaining a straight spine, bring your right and left knees into your chest.

Rabbit Pose (Sasangasana)

Corpse Pose (Savasana)

  • As you take a breath, pay attention to it and picture white light rising from the top of your head and traveling down your spine.  
  • As you release your breath, picture the light ascending once again down your spine to the top of your head.
