Yoga Retreat in Goa

Recognition → Atmosphere → Possibility

Sometimes what you need
is a different rhythm.

You may arrive wanting to restart a yoga practice, step away from a demanding routine, spend meaningful time in Goa, or simply create enough space to listen more closely to yourself.
Beginners welcome
You do not need an advanced practice to join.
Practice with space
Yoga and meditation are part of the day without turning every hour into a schedule.
Wellness woven in
Sound, Yoga Nidra and an Ayurvedic massage complement the retreat rhythm.
Dates that can flex
Choose 6 nights, 10 nights or ask us about a different stay.

Why 6 or 10 Nights?

6/10

Enough time to pause.
More time to settle in.

Six nights creates a meaningful break from everyday momentum. Ten nights gives practice, rest and residential life more time to become familiar.

And your journey does not have to fit a fixed calendar. Flexible stays can be arranged when the showcased formats do not match your Goa travel plans.

Student Voices

What stays with people.

The strongest evidence comes from people who have actually lived the Oceanic residential experience.
One first-time visitor to both Goa and Oceanic described her stay in the Cocowood huts as spacious and clean, with food that was delicious and always plentiful. Her days opened with an hour of meditation and a 90-minute Vinyasa class, free time through the afternoon, then a second 90-minute Hatha session — led by two different teachers, both attentive and thorough.
Retreat Guest
Yoga Retreat · Tripadvisor
A guest who joined for a week of yoga, not as part of a teacher-training cohort, said she still felt genuinely welcomed by both students and staff throughout her stay — and that watching the grounds and yoga halls keep improving each time made her want to come back again.
Retreat Guest
Yoga Retreat · Tripadvisor
Another guest highlighted the location itself — directly on a quiet stretch of beach — alongside food she called consistently delicious, and teachers she experienced as professional and genuinely passionate about what they teach.
